Location Reston VA (Hybrid 2days Onsite)

Duration 12 Months

Years of Experience 8yrs

Notes:

Only Banking and financial clients required

ExFreddie or Fannie preferred.

Look for candidates within 75 miles of reston VA

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

50% BA / 50% DA

Strong SQL skills needed.

Should be able to query data.

Should be able to gather and document requirements in JIRA.

Multifamily businessrelated data Loans mortgages tenants etc.

Will be part of Scrum Team Product Owners Developers Data Analyst Testers etc.

Some Data Lineage source to target mapping documenting the data elements accurately.

MUST HAVES:

Business Analysis Gathering and documenting requirements BRD FRD etc.

Data Analysis

Expert SQL Skills Stored Procedures Joins Normalization Triggers Functions Complex Queries Writing statements

JIRA

Mortgage Industry Loans/Mortgage/etc.

Data Lineage Source/Target/Mappings/Data Elements

Good Communications skills

PREFERRED:

Confluence
Data Warehouse/Data Marts
