TL Profile (upto 10 years exp) Full Stack Developer
1) Width of technical exposure / expertise (weight: 10)
conversant with multiple technologies like UI Backend Security
conversant with various types of interfaces integrations
good understanding of software performance bulk processing vs ondemand DB tricks caching systems etc
2) Depth of technical exposure / expertise (weight: 7)
indepth and handson knowledge of software platforms
must have troubleshooted other platforms no only own projects
troubleshooting techniques
3) Analytical skills (weight: 10)
Understanding elaborating and demystifying requirements or feature requests
Considering edge cases success and failure paths
Knowledge management (documentation for various class of audience)
4) Communication written and verbal (weight: 8)
Good hold on english language both verbal and written
Preciseness and clarity in all forms of communication
Ability to focus on context (avoid boilerplate) while communicating
backend development,frontend development,security
