This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can work remotely but deliver excellent quality support for the US market.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in locating products answering questions and providing information about promotions or special offers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
- Monitor product levels and inform the team to restock as needed.
- Communicate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Resolve issues related to returns or exchanges in a customerfriendly manner.
- Prepare accurate reports and make adjustments when needed.
- Promote loyalty programs discounts and special promotions to encourage repeat business.
- Actively engage customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as CSR.
- Experience with US market like North American etc.
- Must have excellent English communication skills and English as his or hr first language
- Someone who can deal with aggressive clients
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Uptodate on the latest trends and technologies.
- Knowledge in order fulfillment in different ECommerce platforms (ie: Shopify Amazon etc.)
- Willing to work night shift schedule
