Associate Attorney - Employee Benefits

Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale CA office.

In office requirements: Must be in office at least 1 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances.

Salary Range: $100000 $145000 (14 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.

Job Description:

• Litigate in federal court specializing in employee benefits law.
• Manage cases collaborate with paralegals and attend court hearings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.
• Conduct legal research draft documents and communicate with clients and courts.
• Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.

Qualifications:

• California Bar admission required.
• 13 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.
• Strong research writing and communication skills.
