Product Manager Cards Norway and Expansion

TheProduct Manager Cards Norway and Expansion role involves overseeing the entire product for the Norwegian credit card market and ensuring successful expansion into new markets with credit card and deposit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the product for the Norwegian credit card market and maintain effective communication with the product team.
• Ensure chargeback handling for Norway is followed up from the 2nd line and contribute to the resolution of complaints for credit card.
• Stay informed about trends opportunities and changes in the Norwegian credit card market.
• Responsible for achieving our KPIs with Mastercard for the Norwegian credit card.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product to meet customer needs and companies expectations. This applies to both credit card Norway and expansion projects.
• Focus on improving the customer experience throughout the customer journey from the application process to the use of the credit card and customer service. Conduct user testing and implement improvements to ensure a seamless experience.
• Clearly define the expansion into new markets. Understand market condition competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure that the expansion project aligns seamlessly with the organizations goals and strategies.

Qualifications and Previous Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience can serve as a compensating factor.
• Solid understanding of the credit card products.
• Experience and understanding of credit risk.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
• Solutionoriented and adaptable to timelines.
• Enjoy handling diverse tasks simultaneously.
• Curious and comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a larger group.
