Sales Marketing Executive - Agro Farming

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team for a leading manufacturer of highquality Cattle Feed Specialty Feed Poultry and Animal Food. The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a range of products to retailers and traders in Goa. With a focus on building strong relationships driving sales growth and expanding market reach the candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in Goa.
• Identify and engage with potential retailers distributors and traders to expand the companys customer base.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts reports and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns events and activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Represent the products at trade shows exhibitions and industry events to network and generate leads.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address customer needs and challenges.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of the local market in Goa and an understanding of the agricultural and livestock industry would be advantageous.
• A passion for agriculture animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
