SALES REPRESENTATIVE FRESH
THE ROLE: As a Sales Representative for our client youll be the primary contact for all sales operations within your designated area. Your mission is to achieve sales targets manage orders efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
PURPOSE: Manage the endtoend sales process to ensure optimal stock distribution and exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Meeting sales targets by focusing on both sales to customers and project initiatives.
- Efficiently managing accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborating with the Fresh Sales Manager to diversify product offerings.
- Optimizing the deployment of company assets in trade channels.
- Providing timely and accurate demand forecasts and reports.
- Conducting client visits to understand needs and promote products.
- Generating daily weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Management/Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales preferably in fresh produce.
- Proficiency in core sales functions like order generation delivery and merchandising.
- Experience working with supermarket chains HORECA institutions and groceries.
- Knowledge of fresh fruit and vegetable seasonality.
ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resultsoriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
