SAP HANA Project Manager

We are in immediate need of a Sr Project Manager with SAP HANA experience to join our agile PMO Team. The candidate must be a selfstarter who has the ability to multitask priorities in a dynamic environment.

What Youll Do:

• Identify user and business needs from senior executives.
• Ensure the roadmap is tied to clear business goals and strategic objectives.
• Use SAP experience to identify new product features to enhance our application
• Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the product through data collection and competitive analysis.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to refine business goals and the product vision.
• Develop a keen understanding of our market users and customers.
• Coordinate closely with customer facing and sales teams to actively seek out the customers and prospects feature requests and pain points.
• Map out project milestones and identify and resolve strategic roadblocks.
• Coordinates with Product developers to manage prioritization balancing business needs versus technical and resource constraints.
• Assist in defining product requirements functional designs and lead the successful execution of initiatives.
• Resolve roadblocks by being the subject matter expert for the product development team
• Works with the Director of Product Development to define track and report on business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate communication with Product development between developers designers and business stakeholders regarding goals requirements and risks.
• Keep abreast of changes in SAP and HANA with a view to adoption of new technologies.
• Track user acceptance testing and project velocity.
• Lead Development Group sessions for new iterations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years plus of project management experience
• Minimum of 57 years of professional IT experience with SAP HANA
• Bachelors degree
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent planning organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding attention to detail with iterations demonstrations
• Certified Scrum Master

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and HANA technologies and applications
• Prior experience with agile methodologies and Predictive delivery methods
• Large data set environments
