This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join a team of 7 Chefs at one of the UK s best pub kitchens.
My client is looking to strengthen their brigade of resolute professionals and are seeking someone who like them has ambitious standards and expectations.
The kitchens main aim is to cook and serve attractive pub food with a creative slant which expresses individual personality. They are known for consistent flavorful food that is inspired by the pubs surroundings and driven by local seasonal ingredients.
The role is permanent full time and livein (within a nice shared house) is available for only 150 per month.
Collaborate with the team which includes a handson Head Chef.
Food preparation and cooking.
Putting out great pub food (with a creative slant!).
Cooking with local seasonal ingredients.
Either a Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef.
You have exacting standards and expectations.
You possess a willingness to work hard and understand the importance of being a great team player.
Can consistently deliver quality food.
Have your own transport (10minute drive from the accommodation).
NVQ qualifications are preferred but not compulsory.
A love for great food.
Starting salary of 29000 to 30000 (CDP level) or 30000 to 33000 Sous level)
Permanent staff position.
28 days holiday per year.
Livein available 10 minutes from work for only 150 per month.
