The Role

In this pivotal role you will:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 fostering a love of learning within students.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Play an active role in the Maths department contributing to curriculum development and departmental discussions.
• Build strong relationships with students providing guidance and support both inside and outside the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate

• Possesses a strong qualification in Mathematics (PGCE or equivalent).
• Demonstrates a passion for Maths and the ability to ignite a similar enthusiasm in students.
• Holds a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging Maths lessons.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students colleagues and parents.
• Embraces collaboration and is committed to continuous professional development.
