Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Officer to join our dynamic team at SENCE Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR generalist functions contributing to the development and execution of HR policies and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the companys goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client organizations understanding their HR needs and delivering customized solutions and support.
- Conduct HR assessments for clients identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic HR interventions.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for client companies including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Advise clients on HR policies procedures and compliance matters ensuring alignment with Nigerian labor laws and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to clients on conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation for client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs and workshops for client employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the goals and objectives of client organizations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of handson experience in HR practices and functions preferably in a similar role or within the consulting industry.
- Proximity to Lekki is required.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws HR policies and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude integrity and a proactive approach towards work demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Ability to place adverts on the entire Meta ecosystem - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation. - Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proactive and self-motivated team player with a passion for innovation and continuous - An strong understanding of HR or business would be an added advantage
