710 shifts/month; Including weekends
Patient Volume:
Meigs/Fac 1: 2535 per day
Annual Patient Volume:
Meigs/fac 1: 30000
Gallipolis/fac 2: 20000
Cambridge/fac 3:
Athens/fac 4: 30000
Admissions Required: Yes; Except Meigs
Support Staff: APPs
Duties:
Each provider manages their own documentation.
Responsible for codes in the ED.
Will oversee APPs.
ED Physician writes orders for Admissions.
Deliveries sent directly to L&D.
No. of Beds: fac 1: 21 fac 2: 11 fac 3: 17
EMR:
Meigs & Athens: Epic
Gallipolis: All Scripts/Paragon
Cambridge: MediTech
Other Info:
The facility is not designated as a trauma center.
Able to transfer locations: OH sites
Fac 2: Gallipolis
(%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17
(%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17%
(%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7%
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active OH License
BC in ABMS/AOA (accepts IM/FM/EM or doubleboarded ABPS)
BLS ACLS
With 2 years of recent experience
COVID vaccination proof
EM boarded physicians need NRP
Other boarded physicians need ACLS ATLS BLS NRP and PALS
Able to transfer locations: OH sites
