Job Description
Exterior Point is currently hiring in New Jersey for the role of inhome sales representative!
We invest in you. We are a leading provider of highquality exterior home improvement solutions and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in sales excellent communication skills and a customerfirst approach we want to hear from you!
You will be positioned for success with interactive paid training great team support and preset confirmed appointments.
Job Incentives:
- Uncapped commission pay structure with earnings up to $200k.
- Paid Training in our main office in Tinton Falls NJ.
- Free use of our office recreation center.
- Bonus structure based on annual performance.

Requirements
NO coldcalling or lead generation required.
All leads are sourced and preconfirmed by our internal call center team.
In this role you can expect to:
- Conduct inhome consultations to understand homeowner needs and provide tailed solutions for our exterior remodeling products and services.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address questions or concerns.
- Meet with 23 homeowners per day within your radius to conduct presentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in sales preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
