Benelux Medical Staff a leading staffing agency is searching for a dedicated RN Emergency Care having expertise in emergency care for a Fulltime position in Beaumont Texas. Join our team and contribute to promoting healing and wellbeing by providing expert care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care following established protocols and standards of practice.
- Assess patient health status develop care plans and evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
- Coordinate and supervise ancillary nursing personnel to ensure delivery of highquality care.
- Prescribe delegate and supervise patient teaching activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development activities.
Requirements
Requirements:
A. Education/Skills
Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
B. Experience
Six (6) months experience preferred.
C. Licenses Registrations or Certifications
RN Emergency:
Valid Registered RN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
AHA BLS Certification within two (2) weeks of employment
AHA ACLS Certification within eight (8) weeks of employment
ENPC or PALS Certification within twelve (12) months of employment; eighteen (18) months for a new graduate nurse
TNCC Course within twelve (12) months of employment; eighteen (18) months for a new graduate nurse
Arrhythmia Recognition Course within eight (8) weeks of employment
Six (6) months experience preferred. Valid Registered RN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
