The Investment Banking Associate for ECM is crucial for driving the execution of equity transactions. This role involves interfacing with clients managing equity offerings and conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the equity markets.

• Collaborate with senior ECM bankers to structure and execute equity transactions including IPOs rights issues and placements.
• Perform detailed valuation analysis including financial modeling comparative analysis and market research.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company earnings and valuations.
• Prepare client presentations and pitch books for equity financing proposals.
• Coordinate with syndicate desks to manage deal execution and communicate with external parties including clients investors and lawyers.
• Monitor and analyze economic industry and capital market trends that impact client strategies and transaction execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
• Assist in the cultivation of client relationships and participate in strategic discussions to enhance client outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior staff within the ECM team.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance Economics or related field.
• 2 years of experience in investment banking management consulting ideally specifically within ECM or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Deep understanding of equity markets and the regulatory landscape.
• Excellent analytical quantitative and problemsolving skills.
