About the Role:
As an Investment Banking Analyst you will join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in advisory services and financial strategic solutions. This role involves working closely with senior bankers and clients participating in both deal and nondeal activities and providing analytical support on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions debt offerings and equity financing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed industry research and analysis to identify market trends and potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation planning and forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and pitch books for client meetings.
- Support the deal execution process by coordinating with various stakeholders managing data rooms and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform quantitative analysis and financial due diligence to evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and memos for internal and external use.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in investment banking financial services or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Demonstrated interest in the financial markets and a strong work ethic.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with financial databases such as Bloomberg Capital IQ or Thomson Reuters.
- Experience in M&A transactions and understanding of the regulatory landscape in finance.
- Certification such as CFA or progress towards CFA is a plus.
