Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide roundtheclock medical care and monitoring for ICU patients.
• Work in collaboration with specialists nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications treatments and procedures as per the patients needs.
• Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with patients families and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning and decisionmaking.
• Adhere to all medical protocols quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care medicine and Ayurvedic practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council.
• Prior experience working in an ICU setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and treating critical medical conditions.
• Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatment modalities.
• Ability to make quick and accurate medical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic approach towards patient care and advocacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highstress environment.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
