Tableau Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Tableau.
• Design develop and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns.
• Create complex calculations parameters and filters to manipulate the data within Tableau.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that will aid in decisionmaking processes.
• Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless data integration into Tableau.
• Train and support endusers in utilizing Tableau dashboards and visualizations effectively.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of Tableau solutions.
• Keep abreast of Tableau best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to create meaningful and impactful data visualizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and user experience.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Experience in data modeling and schema design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Certification in Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts is desirable.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of ETL processes and workflows.
