Job Description
We are looking for a German Speaker who will be responsible for providing language support and assistance to our German-speaking clients and customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients, answer their queries, and provide them with the information they need. Additionally, you will assist in translating documents and ensuring the accuracy of the translations. Fluency in German and a strong attention to detail are essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the German language and culture to utilize their language skills in a professional setting.
Requirements
- Fluency in German written and spoken
- C1-C2 Academic is a must
- Fresh grades are welcome to apply
- experience within customer service environment for 1 year (optional)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns
