Responsibilities:
- Manage all VCA (Virtual Cards) clients and provide subject matter expertise (SME) product support across the business for onboarding.
- Serve as a specialist and technical expert on Virtual cards (VCA) File feed and connectivity and API connectivity related matters with a handson approach.
- Support client requests for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products (on Mastercard and Visa platform and NG Virtual Cards engine).
- Lead the launch of key partnerships ensuring technical readiness and conduct product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization.
- Provide SME support for the launch of functionality relating to VCA product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout.
- Act as presales support when needed for complex deals.
- Assist with onboarding and other activities including data migration on the platform.
- Coordinate internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities.
- Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills by supporting internal teams external partners and clients on enhancements and knowledge of VCA product.
- Embrace a handson approach and quickly adapt to new learning.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively handle multiple internal / external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Cards is a must.
- Commercial Cards knowledge Virtual cards knowledge APIs and tech knowledge will be a big plus.
