We are committed to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with Hindi to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for supervisory technical professional and leadership roles.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants knowledge skills and experience to best suit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires
- Capable of business development and client relationship management
- Input into companies services and future directions
- Overall values based approach
- Business and Sales Development to grow targetted portfolio
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need a combination of the following;
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources or similar disciplines
- Be able to speak Hindi and other Indian languages an advantage
- Reasonable level of Communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist in an external Agency
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and also part of a team
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes
- Must have working rights in Australia already established
