About the Role:

Our respective client is currently seeking a Residential Sales Agent that will contribute to their continued growth and success. The Residential Sales Agent will play a vital role in their real estate operations focusing on prospecting listing and making sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the channel agencies leveraging real estate experience to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting listing and making property sales.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets and budgets.
  • Developing effective sales strategies and marketing plans including managing advertising placements and budgets.
  • Conducting market appraisals to assess property values.
  • Regularly reviewing sales activities and making necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Reporting on sales activities to highlevel management.
  • Handling adhoc duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry; prior experience in resale is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in real estate.
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate license.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of the metropolitan Sydney area.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Goaloriented and professionally presented.
  • Innovative thinker with a forwardlooking mindset.
  • Possession of a valid drivers licence.
