Designation: Associate Director Enterprise Sales
The role will have a revenue target and may require moderate travel.
We are looking for an Associate Director Enterprise Sales to identify and develop business sales for the company s products and services working from India.
Job Role:
As an Associate Director Enterprise sales you shall be responsible for driving Revenue Growth by acquiring new business from StartUps Mid and Large Enterprise Accounts. This role demands a strategic mindset with exception sales Acumen with ability to cultivate and maintain relationship with CXO s and key decision makers. Should possess past experience applying effective sales strategies involving complex sales cycles to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Responsible to attain monthly and quarterly revenue goals set by the management.
- Work closely with multiple stake holders in the recruitment domain especially in the IT industry.
- Responsible for acquiring new business and engaging with clients to get repeat business.
- Identifying target accounts accessing opportunities by closely working with Key decision makers which includes key decision makers/department heads and provide appropriate solutions.
- Need to develop strategies which involves the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deals independently.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing Recruitment operations product team to align the sales strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Track analyse and report on sales performance metrics including revenue attainment sales pipeline health and customer interactions on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Update daily activities in the CRM and work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Willingness to travel as needed within India.
Must Have:
- B2B experience preferably in HRtech space or SaaS companies which involves solution selling cycles.
- Earlier field sales experience in mandatory with exposure attending conferences annual summits in the HR or Tech industry.
- Familiarity working with lead gen tools CRM and MS office suit.
- Good to have experience working in Start up environments.
