Key Responsibilities:

• Performing phacoemulsification surgeries with precision and expertise
• Conducting thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose eye conditions
• Developing patient treatment plans and providing preoperative and postoperative care

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialized training in ophthalmology
• Board certification in Ophthalmology
• Proven experience and expertise in phacoemulsification surgery
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for accurate assessments and treatment plans
• Excellent surgical dexterity and handeye coordination
• Indepth understanding of ocular anatomy and pathophysiology
• Compliance with medical ethical standards and patient confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interactions
• Active licensure and good standing with relevant medical associations and authorities
