Job Description

Incident Manager responsible for handling Incidents / Critical Incident & Business escalation.

Management of L2 Resources.

Conducting daily meetings with Business/ Internal team for smooth working of Business.

Providing timely updates to the Business & relevant parties for the major incidents monthly/ weekly changes which are raised.

Conducting conference calls with technical leader for monitoring business impacts during major release.

Daily reporting is carried regarding the updates of open incidents/ changes/ problem incident. Carrying out process enhancements for continuous improvement in process.

Preparing shift roaster. Develop a detailed project to monitor & track progress.

Acting as Project Quality Lead conducting internal audits performing risk management to minimize project risk.

Performing budgeting forecasting financial invoicing.

Handling client visits & managing the relationship with the client & vendors.

Expertise in MS Excel Power point MS Word for developing documents such as work flow procedures presentations.

Responsible for handling resource allocation/ pyramid optimization.

Responsible for coordination with internal resources third party vendors for timely execution of deliverables. Conducting Service Review on monthly basis with client in which SLR/ SLA document are presented.
