Social media management Client Servicing

1. Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
2. Manage orders and oversee dispatch for timely delivery.
3. Coordinate with kitchen for order preparation and inventory management.
4. Organising the work place
5. Handle billing processes and ensure timely payments.
6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
7. Assist with basic social media tasks including content creation and engagement. Basic food content shooting.
8. Take orders provide product information and process transactions.
9. Support customer relations efforts and resolve issues promptly.
10. Handle social media captions shoots and posting.

1. Excellent communication skills and customer focus. Basic social media proficiency and content creation skills necessary
2. Work timings 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM six days a week with a rotational weekly off
3. Staff food is provided at location
