Job Description
Are you a HR student or recent graduate looking to gain handson experience in the field Look no further! ADDV HealthTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable insights into the world of human resources.
Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes including scheduling interviews and conducting orientations
2. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
3. Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities
4. Provide administrative support to the HR department including drafting emails and preparing documents
5. Assist with employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts as needed
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with developing training materials
7. Help with other HR projects and tasks as assigned
