Shift Notes: MondayFriday; 7a3:30p plus oncall hrs/call back hrs 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: call schedule

OnCall Requirements: Min. of 10 shift/month including every 3rd weekend

The hospital requires compliance to be 100% completed 7 days in advance before the contracted start date.

An initial Vaccination series is required. Exemptions may be approved for religious or medical reasons.

Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during the procedure. Performs the function of scrub technologist to assist cardiologist and vascular surgeon. Performs hemodynamic monitoring. Documents procedure during the case. Provides shared oncall coverage for 24/7 Cath Lab.

1. Mastery of Cardiovascular Tech Associate responsibilities.
2. Assists physician as first Scrub assistant for all Diagnostic Interventional and other scheduled procedures acquires fluoroscopic and cine images pans procedure table.
3. Adept in monitoring and analyzing all patient Hemodynamic and Angiographic data calculating valve areas shunts etc. as directed by the physician.
4. Adept in monitoring and recording patient EKG pressures and other case specifics and providing direct patient care under general guidance.
5. Alerts physician to changes in patient response and assists physician with medicating patient while evaluating response.
6. Proficiently utilizes all Diagnostic and Interventional devices and equipment under physician direction.
7. Assist with cases in the Operating Room.
