The Project Analyst for the ConnectHope program will play a crucial role in reviewing analyzing and developing project financials. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently gather information forecast monthly expenses for FY24 and ensure accurate reconciliation to source documents.
This role will have the following responsibilities;
1. Review analyze and develop project financials for the ConnectHope program under the guidance of the Manager IT Planning and Control.
2. Gather information and forecast remaining monthly expenses for FY24 ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial projections.
3. Reconcile financial data to appropriate source documents maintain comprehensive work papers and document assumptions for transparency and audit purposes.
4. Calculate accruals and execute expense transfers in adherence to established financial procedures.
5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of capitalization rules and comply with Corporate Accountings capitalization guidelines.
6. Prepare presentation materials on the ConnectHope Financial Forecast for various meetings providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.
7. Collaborate closely with the ConnectHope Program Manager and the Manager IT Planning and Control to align financial strategies with project objectives.
Qualifications:
1 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role preferably in project financial management.
Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting regulations.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree in Acct/Finance preferred.
