Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AIML Specialist with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques coupled with domainspecific expertise in relevant industry or domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to address specific business challenges within the industry/domain.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to define project requirements objectives and deliverables.
• Apply subject matter expertise to design and customize AI/ML solutions tailored to the unique needs and nuances of the industry/domain.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant datasets ensuring data quality integrity and relevance for model training and validation.
• Utilize various machine learning frameworks and tools to build train test and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the AI/ML practice.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies methodologies and best practices and evaluate their applicability to business objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners vendors and academic institutions to explore new opportunities and foster innovation in AI/ML applications within the industry/domain.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by publishing white papers presenting at conferences and participating in industry forums to showcase expertise and establish Company Name as a leader in AI/ML innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related field; advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Proven track record of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence machine learning and data science roles with demonstrated expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to realworld problems.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical modeling and data mining techniques with proficiency in Python R or other relevant programming languages.
• Domainspecific expertise in industry/domain with a comprehensive understanding of industryspecific challenges trends and regulatory considerations.
• Handson experience with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc. as well as experience with cloudbased AI/ML platforms (e.g. AWS SageMaker Google Cloud AI Platform Azure Machine Learning).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading crossfunctional teams and driving projects from conception to implementation.
• A passion for continuous learning and innovation with a commitment to staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML.
