Hello Guys
Title: Lead Bess Plan Control Tester/Engineer (Onsite)
Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)
Musthave skills: exp initial development of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT); energy storage (BESS) exp
or
exp developing Control Code Library; Energy storage exp (BESS); Scada; Change Management; SCADA
Location: Juno Beach FL
Client: NextEra Energy Resources
Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Mid.
Earliest Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension (s)
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Juno Beach FL (required);
Energy storage (BESS) experience.
For Lead Bess Plan Control Tester:
Experience in initial development of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
For Lead Bess Plan Control Engineer:
Experience developing Control Code Library;
Experience in SCADA;
Experience in Change Management
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Take the lead in the initial development of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for BESS Plant Control;
Ensure that the BESS Plant Control fully meets all requirements without any defects;
Be responsible for either finding or building a BESS Plant Simulator which will aid in the testing process;
Help develop the BESS Plant Control Code Library;
Creating and maintaining documentation for engineering rationales behind all future changes to the BESS master library;
Implement change management practices to ensure SCADA integrators use the most current library code which incorporates best practices and lessons learned.
