Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase leads and sales
  

• Conceptualize and optimize campaigns across multiple channels

• Qualify leads via phone and email

• Help to onboard new customers

• Participate in global training calls
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Native or fluent in English

• Highly motivated and looking for a big time growth opportunity

• Experience with tools such as Unbounce Calendly and CRMs are a plus

Compensation:

• This is a commission only role
  

• The average initial setup fee is about $2k and $150/monthly
  

• Commissions are uncapped and up to $5k per new recruit
