Job Description
- Responsible for Managing Sales and Marketing functions for Defence Segment.
- Responsible to achieve and exceed Sales Revenue and Margin targets.
- Research new market opportunities in Defence segment.
- Nurturing leads until they are sales ready.
- Prepare Annual Sales Budget and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Design Quality and Production in order to execute the project as per schedule

Qualification & Experience:
BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 15 years experience.
Candidate s profile Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 15 years sales experience preferably dealing with Defence. Skill in Preparing and submitting Tender documents Should be having sound Techno Commercial knowledge. Should be able to understand Mechanical drawings. Coordinate with Design, Quality , Production ,Sub contractors and third party Inspection Agencies in order to execute the project as per schedule Should have good negotiating skills.
