They are industry leaders and have 4000 customers in over 100 countries. They are enhancing their leadership team and we are looking for their first Director of Demand Generation to join their team!
- Report to VP of Marketing.
- Develop plan and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility stimulating demand and boosting revenue.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Marketing Marketing Operations Revenue Operations and Sales to steer strategic marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across various stages of the business cycle culminating in successful deal closures.
- Lead mentor and empower a team of marketing professionals fostering accountability motivation and a resultsdriven mindset.
- Utilize diverse tools and methodologies to craft a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting ICPs and diverse buyer personas tailored to each stage of the purchasing journey.
- Oversee a substantial marketing budget conducting thorough analyses to gauge the business impact of initiatives.
- Demonstrate financial acumen in resource allocation and experimentation to continually optimize marketing ROI.
- Spearhead strategic multichannel campaigns focusing on prospects in key segments and verticals.
- Implement a wide array of marketing tactics such as ABM SEM SEO content syndication display advertising targeting email direct mail webinars and events.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) deliver forecasts analyze performance metrics and refine processes to drive core business objectives.

Requirements
- 3 years of SaaS experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proven success in scaling demand generation functions through people technology data and processes.
- Experience in a highgrowth scaleup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goalsoriented and strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical with a datadriven mentality and experience reporting results to all crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and collaborate with senior leadership.
