Provide excellent customer service to customers of an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances.

Start date: 21.05.2024 Location: Home Office Weekly hours: 20 40 h Working hours: Mon Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM Salary: 2.382 2.582 /month (Fixed salary 2.152 /month at 40h/week Language Bonus 200 /month performance bonus up to 200 /month home office allowance 30 /month)

Tasks

• Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegianspeaking customers by telephone and email
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
• Review of the submitted claims for damages

Requirements

• Fluency inNorwegian (C2level) andEnglish (B2level)
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PCliteracy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality
