Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Manager in the Fintech industry plays a pivotal role in driving the companys revenue growth through effective leadership and management of the field sales team. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships devising sales strategies and ensuring the successful adoption of the companys Fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Lead mentor and manage the field sales team to drive performance and exceed KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decisionmaking and performance improvement
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies procedures and compliance standards
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish partnerships
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a field sales team in the Fintech or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of Fintech products services and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and derive actionable insights
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close highvalue deals with key clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
