Job Description

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of FULL CYCLE RECRUITMENT for direct labor positions primarily machinists.

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Ogden UT
Duration: 6 months contract (May extend depending on the client needs)
Work schedule: 1st shift

Actual offer will depend on the hiring managers discretion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiter will be doing full cycle recruiting for direct labor positions primarily machinists.

  • Recruiter will be responsible for screening resumes call candidates do brief initial phone screens schedule interviews participate in interviews be the primary focal point for candidates and keep in touch with them as they move through the process.

  • Recruiter may extend offers and coordinate preemployment steps.

  • Looking for someone very detailed and able to keep things rolling. Need to be professional wellspoken and comfortable calling candidates.

  • Very highvolume recruiting. Will be working on 40 direct labor roles that need to be filled quickly.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting job ads screening resumes contacting applicants conducting phone and inperson interviews and coordinating hiring efforts with department managers.

  • Act as the focal point for all candidates throughout the recruitment process responding quickly to questions from candidates

  • Coordinate preemployment steps with candidates such as preemployment drug screens and background checks through our thirdparty vendors

  • Provide regular updates and reports to HR team and leadership on recruitment status.

  • Update and maintain the applicant flow log with candidate status

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records using our HRIS system.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma required BS degree in HR or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in recruitment specifically in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
