Job Description
- Identify and solve local and darkstores vendor performance-related problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.
- Work alongside the commercial and logistics teams to reduce fail rate, vendor delay, and preparation/picking times.
- Have a deep understanding of non-food vendors' operations and the ability to solve challenges by working with the non-food operations team.
- Work closely with country operations, commercial, and product teams to optimize customers' ordering experience
