Job Description

Opkey invites you to join its rocking Humans Resources Team in Noida. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Noida at Opkey you will work on a range of HR initiatives partnering with the Functional heads to support them with all the areas related with Recruitment Building a strong culture Organisational development New HR tools. and any other project related with people.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including hiring portal and social media hiring.
Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies; gather research effectively; make direct contact calls; network and leverage relevant social media and employee referrals.
Build manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for critical positions & ensure active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest personality and salary requirements
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Meet with Human Resources to have a fullscale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
Open to working on other HR activities i.e operation employee engagement etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience of 4 years in technical hiring.
Experience in bulk hiring campus hiring in SAP and Oracle profiles.
Immediate Joiners Preffered.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Solid communication skills.
Experience in Startup organization.
IT product base company experience preferred.
