Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team
- Stay uptodate on company products and services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Salary will be 15K to 30K.
- This is CSR or Sr. CSR.
Shift Time: 07:00 Pm to 05:00 Am or 08:00 Pm to 06:00 Am as per business requirements.
