As a UX/UI Designer at Marn you will play a crucial role in our designdriven journey. Engage with dynamic and collaborative teams actively contribute to Marns projects Youll govern the designs of Marn product and make a cohesive design not only enhances the overall user experience but also establishes a strong brand identity

Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez International Group recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated with payment services to provide a onestop solution for businesses in F&B Retail Entertainment and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues to accelerate the growth of its customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and developers to bring concepts to life.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain a cohesive design through out Marns products using and building on our design system.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in Figma and its design system concepts.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and usability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great timemanagement and organization skills.
