Job Description
Role: Senior Contracts Manager
Location: Remote no west coast candidates
Duration: Contract through EOY with extension
Required Experience:
- 10 years of contracts management experience experience leading contract negotiations of Master Services Agreements and statements of Work
- Knowledge of commonly used contractual provisions and general contract structures related to information technology AND healthcare insurance companies contracts and associated legal terms for customers and IT vendors.
- Experience participating in SOC and HiTrust audits regarding controls pertaining to contract documents of customers and vendors.
- JD (Juris Doctorate) degree
Nice to have:
- Contract related certifications such as CPCM CCCM through the National Contract Management Association
- Risk and compliance experience particularly with respect to HIPAA and IT contracts in the healthcare insurance industry.
