Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Several years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is a plus. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not always required.
