Process Engineer

Position Name

What youll do:

Carry out layout for material processing and manufacturing operations. Assist with operation flow plans and specific procedures for material preparation. Assist in analyzing operator efficiency and comfort. Carry out tests and measurements at the various stages of production to determine control over variables. Assist with adjustments corrections and solutions to production process/equipment problems. Provide feedback / recommendations to leadership as appropriate. Apply and maintain quality standards and protocols for the processing of partially or finished materials / product. Collaborate with engineering on manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are maintained. Implement inspection methods and procedures. Assist in testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Assist in the activities of designing or specifying equipment inspection and testing mechanisms. Assisting with quality checks and test guarantees. Assist in activities relating to cost analysis and process capability. Assist in implementing corrective actions to meet the needs of the standards so that the documentation complies with the requirements. Assisting in the implementation of new projects. Providing training for the area.

What is required:

Engineering Degree PFMEA DOE PPAP Fluency in English.
