Responsibilities:
- Category Management Taking ownership of the product categories including assortment planning pricing strategy and inventory management to drive sales and profitability.
- Marketing Strategy Development Formulating and executing strategies to promote dairy products effectively leveraging various channels to reach target audiences.
- Market Expansion and Product Activation Identifying and activating new markets segments and product opportunities to expand the brands presence.
- Initiative Planning and Campaign Execution Planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility stimulate demand and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence Conducting thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation informing strategic decisionmaking and market positioning.
- Distribution Channel Optimization Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the distribution channel including partnering with key retailers and distributors.
- Packaging Innovation and Brand Support Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to innovate packaging designs and providing market support to enhance brand visibility and appeal.
- Customer Insights and Retention Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and insights to understand preferences and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Portfolio Management Identifying and addressing product gaps within the dairy category working closely with the key stakeholders to introduce new offerings or enhancements that meet market requirements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Product/category/brand management of 3 to 6 years at eCommerce or digitally driven brands
- Ability to think strategically and analytically leveraging data and insights to develop actionable plans and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability in driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in formulating hypotheses conducting experiments and iterating strategies based on feedback and results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and challenges maintaining focus
