Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experiences
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential and past applicants
- Ensure proper onboarding and training new hires
Qualifications:
- Proven work in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role
- Handson experience sourcing interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Teammanagement abilities
- Good negotiation skills
