Job Description
- Develop strategies to promote and develop port infrastructure in line with organisational goals and national economic development
- Build partnerships with international partners to increase cargo throughput and grow the business
- Protect and preserve the company's rights under the Concession Agreement
- Implement actions directed by shareholders to promote opportunities, investments, and projects
- Optimise port operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Implement succession planning and talent management initiatives
