Job Description
Location: 400 Bertha Lamme Drive Cranberry Township PA 16066 (Onsite role)
Type: 1 year contract on W2
Job Duties:
- May respond to email inquiries. Customer service is the primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials secondary sources or more senior staff.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas.
- Uses computerized system for tracking information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
- Requires limited knowledge of the organization products and/or services.
- College degree is not a prerequisite but nice to have.
* Bilingual English/French requirement verbal and written
Schedule:
1 MonFri 8:00 am4:30pm EST.
1 MonFri 8:30 am5:00pm EST.
There is no mandatory OT.
*This role will be 100% onsite at the Cranberry office.
Currently this is a Temporary role.
