Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Indian Payroll modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather payroll requirements
• Manage endtoend payroll processing for Indian employees
• Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations and laws
• Provide support for payroll issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Conduct testing and validation for payroll system changes
• Generate payroll reports and analytics
• Train and guide endusers on payroll system usage
• Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements
• Develop payroll process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Stay updated with Indian payroll legislative changes
• Coordinate with external vendors for payrollrelated activities
• Support auditing and compliance activities related to payroll
• Implement best practices for data security and confidentiality
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
• 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Indian Payroll
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll legislation and tax laws
• Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll processing and configuration
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Certification in SAP HCM Payroll is a plus
• Experience in endtoend implementation of payroll projects
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and data management
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Understanding of payroll best practices and industry trends
• Experience in payroll system testing and validation
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
