Job description :
- Ensuring that all documents submitted to the court are filed accurately and in compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Entering information from legal documents into the courts electronic filing system or case management database.
- Retrieving requested documents from court archives or electronic databases for judges attorneys or other court personnel.
- Reviewing legal documents for completeness accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
- Assisting in the management of case files including organizing documents tracking deadlines and updating case status information.
- Providing assistance to attorneys litigants and the public regarding court procedures document requirements and case information.
- Assisting during court proceedings by providing requested documents managing exhibits and operating audiovisual equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records of all documents filed with the court and ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conducting research to locate relevant laws regulations or precedent cases as requested by judges or attorneys
